From the first photos to the finished home
Every project follows the same five steps. Nothing starts on site until the licence route is in place.
Free estimate
Send photos, a short description or a video walk-through, or book a video call. We give you a free estimate based on what we can see.
Site visit and quote
We visit the property, check what is behind the walls where we can, and give you a fixed-price quote after a site visit.
Licences first
We confirm which route your project needs with the town hall. Our partner architect prepares and files it before work starts.
Weekly reports
Your project manager coordinates the trades and sends photo and video updates every week while the works run.
Handover
Payments are staged and tied to milestones in your contract. At the end we walk you through the finished home, on site or by video.

Who is behind the company
Founded by Ross Alinari
Costa Blanca Home Renovations by Alinari was founded by Ross Alinari, whose renovation experience before Spain is in London.
We work with local architects, interior designers and structural engineers: independent firms, named on our partners page once they have agreed to be named.

Do I need to be in Spain while my home is renovated?
No. We start with a video survey and a free estimate, then visit the property to prepare a fixed-price quote after a site visit. During the works your project manager sends photo and video updates every week, so you can follow progress from home. See renovation while you're abroad.
Where do you work?
We work in València city, Gandia and Oliva, and on the Costa Blanca from Dénia to Albir. See the Valencia page and the Costa Blanca page for the towns we cover.
How is the price set?
You get a free estimate first. Once we have visited the property, we give you a fixed-price quote after a site visit. We never fix the price before we have seen the home.
Who handles the building licence?
