The professionals we work with

We manage your renovation and its trades. For the parts of a project that need a qualified professional, we work with local partner firms. They are independent businesses, not our employees, and each one is responsible for its own professional work.

Architects

An architect prepares and files the licence paperwork where a project needs it, and signs the documents the town hall asks for. For most renovations that means the declaración responsable file; for structural work, a change of use or a protected building, it means more. See how licences work.

Structural engineers

When a wall comes out, an opening is widened or a roof is rebuilt, a structural engineer works out what the building needs and specifies it before we build it.

Interior designers

If you want help with layout, materials and finishes, we can introduce an interior designer who works with us and with you, in person or by video.

We will list partner firms by name here, with their permission. We do not present partners as our own staff.
