About Costa Blanca Home Renovations by Alinari

Who we are

Costa Blanca Home Renovations by Alinari is a renovation company based at Av. de Francia 2, in València. We renovate homes in València and on the Costa Blanca for people who do not live in Spain full time, or who would rather run their project in English.

The company trades through Reformas Valencia Integral by Alinari SL, which is being incorporated. Our company registration details will appear on this site and on our legal notice as soon as they are issued.

Our name

There is another renovation firm on the coast with a similar name. Ours always carries “Home” and “by Alinari”: Costa Blanca Home Renovations by Alinari.

Founder: Ross Alinari

Ross Alinari founded Costa Blanca Home Renovations by Alinari. His renovation experience before Spain is in London, with Hampstead Renovations and Hampstead Chartered Surveyors.

Those London firms are separate businesses. They are not part of the Spanish company and do not carry out work in Spain.

Who we work with

We work with local architects, interior designers and structural engineers. They are independent partner firms, not employees, and we name them on our partners page once they have agreed to be named.

Where we work

From València we cover the city, Gandia and Oliva, and the Costa Blanca from Dénia to Albir. Read how we work with owners who live abroad.
