Property care while you are away

Key holding, maintenance visits, pre-arrival and end-of-season checks, each with a dated photo report.
Free initial estimate. Licences handled. One project manager. Weekly photo reports.
At a glance
- Property care looks after the house itself while you are away: keys, checks, ventilation, small repairs and getting it ready for your return.
- In every Costa Blanca town we cover, between about a third and three fifths of dwellings were not a main residence in the 2011 census, so empty months are normal here.
- Visits end with a dated photo report, so you know what was checked and what was found.
- If a check finds a problem, you get photos and a price, and the repair happens only once you agree.
- It is not holiday-rental management: we do not handle bookings or guests.

- Key holding
Your keys held safely, every use logged, and photos each time someone goes in.

Scheduled visits to check the house, the roof and the water, with small repairs done before they become big ones.
- Pre-arrival checks
The house cleaned, aired and checked, with the water and power working, before you arrive.
What we do while you are away
A house that stands empty for months needs someone to keep an eye on it: to air it, check for leaks and damp after storms and get it ready before you come back. We do that, and we send you a dated photo report after every visit.
Each service has its season
- Before you arrive: a pre-arrival check so the house is clean, aired and working.
- When you leave: an end-of-season check to close the house up properly.
- All year: key holding and a maintenance plan with scheduled visits.
Whether you spend the summer or the winter here, we plan the visits around your own calendar.

Questions owners ask
Is this the same as holiday-rental management?
No. We look after the house itself: keys, checks, maintenance and repairs. We do not manage bookings or guests.
How do I know a visit happened?
Every visit ends with a dated photo report, sent to you by email or WhatsApp.
Can you fix what you find?
Yes. If a check finds a problem, we tell you what it is and what it would cost to fix, and fix it once you agree. See repairs.
