The Costa Blanca, honestly
The Costa Blanca is the Alicante coast, from Dénia south. We are a València company, based at Av. de Francia 2, between about 1.25 and 2 hours from the towns we cover by road. We do not have offices on the coast and we do not pretend to: site visits are by appointment, and your project manager plans them around your schedule.
Towns we cover
In the Marina Alta we work in Dénia, Jávea (Xàbia), Benitachell and Cumbre del Sol, Moraira (Teulada), Benissa and Calpe (Calp). In the Marina Baixa we work in Altea and Albir (l’Alfàs del Pi). If your property is in a nearby village, such as Els Poblets, Pedreguer or the Jalón Valley, ask us.
Our current Costa Blanca coverage is limited to Marina Alta and Marina Baixa. We do not offer work further south.
What changes from town to town
Each town hall applies the Comunitat Valenciana’s planning rules (TRLOTUP, Decreto Legislativo 1/2021) through its own ordinances, so the paperwork for the same job can differ between neighbouring towns. Some coastal and hillside plots also sit inside protected areas: the protection strip under the Ley de Costas, and the Montgó, Penyal d’Ifac and Serra Gelada natural parks, which have their own planning rules on and near park land. We check plot by plot before we quote.

- The Ley de Costas generally measures a 100 m protection strip from the legally defined inner shore boundary. The 20 m transitional rule for qualifying urban land in 1988 has conditions. The plot's legal boundary and authorisations must be checked. (Ley 22/1988 de Costas)

Questions owners ask
Is València on the Costa Blanca?
No. The Costa Blanca is the Alicante coast, from Dénia south. València and the Safor coast (Gandia and Oliva) are further north. We are based in València and cover both; our Valencia page covers the city.
How far is the Costa Blanca from your base?
The towns we cover are between about 1.25 and 2 hours from Av. de Francia 2 by road, depending on the town and the traffic. Each town page gives its own range. Site visits are by appointment.
My town is not on your list. Can you still help?
Tell us where the property is through the quote form and we will say honestly whether we can deliver there. We only publish a town page where we work.
Which part of the Costa Blanca do you cover?
Our current Costa Blanca coverage is limited to the north: Marina Alta and Marina Baixa. The town pages describe where we work. We also retain our separate València, Gandia and Oliva coverage.
My villa is close to the sea. Does that change the permits?
