How this site is written and checked

Responsibility for the pages
Our editorial pages are signed by Ross Alinari. The byline identifies the author and gives the date of the latest content check. It is not a claim that a named external professional has approved every property decision. Company information comes from the information supplied for this business; missing company details are not invented.
Sources and their limits
We use primary legal texts and official records wherever a statement depends on law, tax, planning or statistics. These include BOE, DOGV and provincial bulletins, municipal electronic offices, INE, AEMET, MITECO and AEAT. A municipal proposal is distinguished from a final ordinance. A map landing page is not evidence that a particular property has been checked.
Each recorded source has a link and, once checked, a check date. Statistical figures also retain their reference period and geographical scope. Historical census figures are labelled with their census year; they are not presented as a fresh survey of today’s housing stock. The local-facts methodology explains the town checks.
Rechecking and corrections
Our automated checks warn when legal, tax or ordinance checks are more than ten months old and prevent publication beyond twelve months without a renewed check. A weekly source report identifies unreachable links and freshness issues. A successful network response does not renew a content-check date: the relevant text still needs to be read and compared with the claim.
An unresolved factual point stays outside published guidance until it has supporting evidence. If you spot an error, use our contact page and identify the page, the statement and, if available, the official source that corrects it. We check the evidence and update the dated record where a correction is warranted.
Translations
Translations are produced with language-model assistance and retain a link to the English source. Automated quality checks compare completeness, legal references, numbers, terminology and language consistency. A translation whose English source has changed is withheld until checked again. A translation badge states the recorded automated-check date; it does not imply endorsement by a named native reviewer.
Prices and examples
We do not invent renovation prices, reviews, projects or business history. Our pricing methodology explains how a defined scope becomes a quotation. Worked examples explain decisions using hypothetical circumstances; they are not case studies or promises of approval.
