Privacy policy
This policy explains how we use personal data, as required by article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Spanish version is at /es/legal/privacidad/.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Through our forms: the type of work, the town, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and message, and anything you add in the optional section (where you are now, preferred language, visit dates, property details, timing, budget band, photos and video-call preferences).
- Where you came from: the page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link. Advertising click identifiers (gclid, msclkid) are only kept if you accepted advertising cookies.
- When you contact us directly: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- For security: technical data used by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam when you use a form.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare an estimate or quote. These are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send you occasional news by email, only if you tick the separate, unticked box. You can withdraw at any time (art. 6(1)(a)).
- Analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept those cookies (art. 6(1)(a)). See the cookie policy.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the message is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) as an independent service that you choose to use, under its own terms. We use your chat only to answer you and to quote. The form, phone and email are always available instead.
Who receives your data
We use service providers who process data for us: Cloudflare (website hosting, form storage, uploaded photos and spam protection), our email provider (to notify us of your request and send you a copy) and, only with your consent, Google (analytics and Google Ads) and Microsoft (Microsoft Ads). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry that does not lead to a project for up to 24 months after our last contact, and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep project and invoice records for as long as Spanish law requires. WhatsApp chats about an enquiry follow the same periods.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, its portability, and you can object to its use or withdraw consent at any time. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
